Restriction On Staging Strike, Detention And Gherao
No Employee shall stage any strike or pen-down action and exert any pressure inflicting physical or mental suffering or entice other persons to commit such acts in a manner to cause hindrance or obstruction to any officer in the performance of the duties required by law.
